BFP With Endometriosis and Lots of Praying

I want to share my story since this website helped me through the tww. And maybe my story can help other girls and let them know that it's possible to conceive (and fast!) after being diagnosed with endometriosis.

I'm 29 and DH is 27
BFP after 2 months trying naturally
Cycles: 31 - 35 days

Diagnosed in 2008 with severe endo on my left ovary after I was submitted to the hospital with terrible pelvic pain. Ultrasound revealed cyst on my ovary and got laparascopic surgery few days later. The dr. said the cyst on my left ovary was 20cm (!). I was devastated as I wanted to have kids in the future. They removed the endo with laser as much as they could. Thankfully my right ovary and ovarian tube were unaffected, the dr. said they looked normal.

Stopped taking BCP in August 2012 and started trying in November.

Symptoms this month:
after ovulation: sleepless nights but I get this normally right after ovulation, I think because of higher progesterone levels?
very weepy from time to time, get tears in my eyes over sappy stuff on tv

2dpo: Swollen breasts, acne break out
4dpo: Lower back pain, acne
8dpo: Heartburn which I don't usually have and...a pimple on my nipple which was red and bit painful (what the.....).
10dpo: Had a good night sleep, bit of brown spotting which is normal for me pre-AF. I thought I was out because I'm a chronic spotter and usually started spotting 6+ days before AF. Sad and weepy because of this...:(
11dpo: Woke up from terrible sleep again. had some cramps at night and decided to test. Couldn't believe it when the line showed up...

Didn't track my temps this month and bd for 8 days straight around my ovulation and put pillow under hips afterward every time for 20 min. I prayed every day for a healthy baby.

I feel really really lucky and blessed and know that my unaffected right ovary had done the trick (I think I only ovulate from that side anyway since I only feel ovulation pains on my right side). Although I wasn't sure whether it was blocked or not from the inside since my endo on the left was so severe.

Praying for a healthy pregnancy and baby and may you get your bfp soon! *Baby dust*
