BFP on Christmas Morning!

I've been reading everyone's stories for 8 months now, so I wanted to add mine. Thanks to everyone who has posted!
I'm 28 and DH is 35. I didn't really have any symptoms this month. I know, it's boring, but it's true. I was diagnosed with a uterine polyp in November and had a hysteroscopy to remove it, but when they went in it was already gone. That November cycle AF was 5 days late. This month (December) I tested at 12dpo and thought I saw the faintest of faint lines, but decided I was seeing things. I didn't test again until 19 dpo (Christmas) because I figured AF was just 5 days late again. I had a REALLY dark line! So, we got our BFP the first cycle after the polyp "disappeared", but I don't know if that was preventing us from conceiving. I had originally gone in to see the doctor because AF lasted 11 days in October, and I thought that wasn't normal. If you think there's anything wrong, just go in! I'm so thankful for my Christmas miracle! It's the best gift I've ever received! I have my first prenatal appointment today. I'm praying so much!
