I joined Fertility Friend in July and began tracking temps, taking OPK tests, and checking cervix and cm. In October I got a cyst on my left ovary and was going to get it removed, however I got a scan the next month and it was gone, but it caused me some major symptoms around my period, cramping, pain, moodiness, fatigue. Everything checked out with me after that, except my thyroid has always been a little low.
I went to see an endocrinologist and he increased my synthroid. I stopped charting temps and taking OPKs because it didn't seem to make a difference and temping made me wake up too early everyday worrying about did I get my earliest temp or not. So while I didn't "forget" about trying to get pregnant, I stopped trying so hard. I still know what day I ovulate - 13/14 so I made sure we BD at least once around that time.
In January 2013, I had sore breasts and weird dull constant cramping in abdomen area, especially on the left side. I always start on CD 25/26 and if not then, I have spotting at least. When I didn't start or spot, I thought maybe I could be pregnant. I tested on CD 26 and I got a yes on the first response gold and two lines, one very faint but there. I credit getting a BFP to increasing my synthroid dosage, I have read on other sites that helped people and I think it helped me. I even tried acupuncture for three months before this and herbs and it didn't help at all, so once I stopped that, I actually felt like my body was more regulated. I also did not use Preseed this time. I am 33.
